ILM Level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills

This two-day workshop uses the generic skill of a sports official to develop team and leadership skills which will prepare participants aged 14 – 19 years in schools and colleges for their move in to University or the workplace.

The workshops are particularly suited to kinaesthetic learners and looks at team roles, what makes a team work well, how to build relationships and deal with conflict in a team. Participants will identify their strengths to help them gain confidence and enable them to perform socially and educationally more successfully.

Effective Team Member Skills will be facilitated by Julia Lee, in partnership with Carnegie Great Outdoors. Julia was the first female qualified men’s rugby league referee in Great Britain and Australia achieving international honours as a Match Official.
