  • Your data will be stored securely either in a locked cabinet (if it is on paper), or encrypted and stored on the CSI secured server
  • Your data will be held securely as described and destroyed when it is no longer required
  • Whenever we use your data to report on our activity, this will be anonymised (i.e. you will not be personally identified)

CSI would like to photograph/video you, so that we can use your photo/video in promotional and educational material. The purpose of this material is to provide information about our organisation, our research and our activities and to support further training and development

Your image may be used in printed media produced by CSI, such as promotional collateral and resources, leaflets, guides, training products, and newspaper and magazine articles. It may also be used online, for example via social media, e-newsletters and the websites of CSI. The personal information we request from you is used exclusively to help us manage and search our image database. We will not pass on this information without your consent
